Yea its a kick ass card, but tomshardware isn't a reliable site to get the info from.

yea its a ****load faster than the 9800xt especially when playing in 1600x1200 @_@

ati still has better AA though

i have a feeling the x800 is going to be a tad faster than nvidia however...but then again, nvidia's new cards are $100 less...so u have that to think about

no the new nvidia cards were supposed to be 100 bucks less but are actually 500 now.

Who cares about the power requirement when you're getting framerates like that?! Certainly not me.... but then again I've already got a 450W one in my desktop do its no biggie for me. I've gotta start saving now

It wouldn't suprise me if your power supply was enough, but the card recomends a 480W PSU... :P

Perhaps very soon redundant PSUs will become standard in desktops, because these cards overload the power source so darn quickly...LOL...

Yes, but its only a secondary function. Its handy for keeping the inside of the case clean though.
