ASUS Rampage III Extreme review

Well, for me boards like the above was/is a bit overkill, so I just yesterday purchased this:
ASUS P7P55D PRO LGA 1156 Intel P55 ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail Seems enough for me: basically what any good P55-chipset motherboard will support. A single PCIe 2.0 x16 link, or 2 PCIe x8 links. Gigabit E, bunch of SATA connectors, etc. A pretty good on-board audio codec as well. Now the question is: what does the Rampage III really buy you over the above? I'm hoping for some interesting debate on this topic.

In the first observation, not much other than the support of USB 3.0 and SATA 6Gb/s
